Well Shirley is a mid 30s Chinese woman, who has worked at other spas. Interesting they are holding to the "house rules" penguin style, not much service considering things at Mei's, Z-one, V-one, Kerr Street Wellness, Comfort Foot and GW ... you can get some pretty good service at New Life (Liruma) and Golden Leaf (Bostock).
