This only happened to me once at XP. I'm now quite a regular and associate my phone # to my name. To give them the benefit of the doubt I think it is because when they make your appointment they don't ask for or write down your name. They assume everyone is honest. Then some jerk walks in and they ask if he has an appointment and he says "Yes" so they give him your time slot because you came two minutes later.

I always try to show up 5-10 minutes early. If my girl is just waiting sometimes I get an extra 5-10 minutes on my massage!

his English is good enough to create anger and animosity with his comments on this site - he does not need to practice his English here
he has threatened to go to the media with his information of the massage industry in Edmonton, the authorities, and my messages to him
he criticizes Canada and Canadians and scoffs at how he can take advantage of canadian rights, privileges, and freedoms all the while living in Canada under his own cultural beliefs and prejudices
he has written that Canadians are stupid, useless, idiots who are being taken advantage of by asian service providors and how he fully intends to expose both the providers and customers of same
his mission is to antagonize mp members and start a war with the service providers to satisfy his personal twisted views of Asian service providers and Canadian men whom he feels is distasteful and perverted
he has not seen any service providers and has no real information about them, however he has stated to me that "they pay no tax, but whole family on health care"
he has absolutely no true information on the massage industry
