#51 - you are asked whether you want to open a spa with them (as partners)
#52 - you are offered to rent out one of their spare rooms for your own exclusive personal use (for a small monthly fee of course)
#52b - you are offered to rent a spare room in their house so that you can bring girls there

I remember when I was learning g to fly.
Piper archer back then they we’re 75 an hour to rent plus the instructor fees!
now a days, 240 an hour for Cessna 172.. there is a difference between those planes!!’
but back to when Is it too much?
I don’t know! I guess it depends on what the goal is!
I was insane for flying back then… even working 2 jobs just to afford.. had some very close calls but also saw some very cool shit flying!
I was flying every weekend for Almost 2 years befor I got my license. Had loads of fun flying g friends to
Palm Springs, Catalina island, Santa Barbara etc
mile high club even! It was hobby and always will be
and the memories were well worth it.
My current memories, are well
worth it As I may have found anew fave that’s willing to go flying!

This is so COOL. So, you are still flying. Own your own plane. I have a few friends who did but as they got older, they sold it.
I also have a friend who is actually blind in one eye, but his other eye is so good, that he has his licence. He flies for companies like Noranda and the last I heard for Four Seasons. Not sure if he had retired too.
