I'm fairly new to this hobby and have never had a table shower before. I was thinking of getting one today, but I don't know where? Any recommendations? Also, what exactly happens in a table shower, I read somewhere on a previous thread that you lay on your stomach the entire time, is that true?

Apparently there's a shower and sauna at E and M, and I would kinda want to use it. But everytime I go it's just straight to my room. People have claimed before that they used it. Does anybody know in what circumstances do they let you use their shower/sauna?
