Popped by the other day to check the place out - no parking available close by as it’s right on the road, so if that’s a concern there’s a big strip mall area not far away and you can walk from there. Went as a walk in and was served immediately by an older Asian lady, whose English was as sub par as you’ll get, couldn’t really answer the basic questions. She gave a good massage though and genuinely seemed like she wanted to make you relaxed. The effort was there, and I appreciate that... On the flip, she also did her best and made sure you left happy. Overall some good and bad points, but not a bad spot to have if you’re in a pinch or in the area.

their is free parking at the rear of the premises..back door is marked with the address...their are two (2) ladies there..one has very good english the other not so much but both are friendly.....i like the place...good value..clean , but older building as per that part of town...not exactly sure what oil they use....i have not tried the shower but i know their is one there....mg

Is Stony Plain Medical different than Stony Plain Studio? 'SP Studio' is on Stony Plain Road just down from the strip mall with the Safeway and London Drugs (153 St approx). Haven't been, but looks pretty grotty from walking past.

They have two different websites - (spstudiospa.com and spstudiomassage.com). One seems kinda legit beyond mentioning "relaxing adult massage"; the other has several photos of girls (one identified as "Katie") of the usual sort - sexy bikini/underwear shots with the face cropped out. She looks cute from what is shown, but perhaps a bit of a bait and switch here where the actual staff is older ladies; or at least primarily older ladies? If 'Katie' works there and looks like she does in the photos, I'd definitely pay a visit

Was feeling adventurous and had a little extra $ so I searched the forum...(hint-hint) for a suitable place near me. Stony Medical Massage- 15218 Stony Plain Rd- sounded interesting and not many reviews so I decided to walk in. I like to go on a weekday morning as I find the girls more relaxed and less rushed. (Sometimes when it's really slow you'll get an extra 5-10 minutes!).

Parked on the street in front and was met at the door by a 40-ish asian girl (I can never accurately guess the ages of asian women! )with good English- Annie. As it was a weekday morning she was the only one there and looked quite bored and happy to see me. She immediately showed me to a room. The place was clean and in good condition but very plain. The only complaint I had was that the sheet on the table had a tattered edge hanging down. A clothes tree or some hooks would have been nice, too, so I threw my clothes on the chair.

The massage was excellent! She used a good mixture of hands, arms and elbows. I could be wrong but it felt like she was using some kind of warming oil, too. I asked for special attention to my lower back and recieved it. I didn't see a shower, I didn't ask and wasn't offered. I actually got an extra 5 min. over the hour I asked for. The only down side was that she was the only one there and had to answer the door once and the phone once but only briefly each time. It cost me $13 more than my usual place but I left happy and might even return. Definitely recommend!

The shower for Stoney Medical Massage is at the back, a few steps from the rear entrance. The bathroom has a walkin shower and tile flooring. The water, I believe...took some time to warm up. I always entered through back.

if you park in back are you able to enter through the rear door or do you have to walk around to the front I find the road is to busy to park on street.
