Hey guy's I saw this thread so I made an account to comment on some stuff. I am mainly on the red boards but I'll try to be more responsive here.

1. Regarding the change issue: I am so sorry about this as I didn't know it was happening. While this happened rarely, none of this money actually came to us as the receptionists actually didn't have change. They just gave the girl an additional $10 as a "tip" for not having change. This definitely isn't acceptable to overcharge the client for a mistake of ours. This situation has been rectified as we now have the receptionists carry a float/change so it will not happen again. For any of you from this thread that this happened to, please feel free to PM me and I'll make it right.
2. Regarding the small washroom someone mentioned. We actually have a very large wheelchair accessible washroom that is the main washroom. The very small washroom you mention isn't actually meant for clients, and the receptionist was wrong to direct you to use it. It's mainly a backup washroom for emergencies only - hence why it is so small and may not have been stocked right. In any case, we will be working on fixing that stuff
3. We are constantly making improvements/changes to the management staff and internal processes to make sure clients are left with the best experience possible. We've only been open for just over 6 months so still have some kinks to work out but definitely will get there soon.

All in all I do welcome all the useful feedback and you can count on me to be around this board more to address any feedback and concerns anyone has.

I think these changes are all good. What about the very substandard service offered me from Morgan? All the amenities are fine and dandy, but as long as the place is clean, comfortable and safe, most of us don't care too much as we don't go to a spa for the decor, but for the service offered. If service is inconsistent, why should we pay higher rates to roll the dice on a good or poor session? Then get porked for an extra $10. You really need to improve the sizzle, that's what sells the steak, not the window dressing.

Last I checked, the fee is for a nude body slide. Anything beyond that is YMMV.

Just ask the girl before the session starts. If you can't ask the girl, don't book the girl and don't go to the spa.

The spas will change real quick if they start seeing clients refusing to book for this reason.

No one else available at Pure or Perla. They offered the door fee, didn't have to ask. Planning to use door fee this week. All good.

Should have searched this before I visited Morgan this week... Total waste of money. Paid for 45 minutes, getting to 30 was a chore. No kissing, no daty, ok massage, very little sensuality.
