Take a shower before to warm up your muscles, and after to remove oil and sweat from your skin and to feel rejuvenated. Fresh bath towels are used.
Hot oil is used by the massage therapist, along with Swedish massage, Acupressure Point Therapy, Deep Tissue massage, and Hands-of Light energy work as required.
