Lomilomi is part of a prayerful and spiritual Hawaiian tradition that is said to go back thousands of years. The word lomi means “to knead”. Unique to Lomilomi massage, the therapist uses varying techniques such as the forearms. The smooth flow of the technique mimics the ocean waves.
