Through the massage I can energetically feel blockages and sluggish chakras that need to be readjusted. Pin points of where I am natural guided through the massage with a guided message at the end through your energy and guides. Includes Pranayama and breath work. Thai massage includes lowering stress, boosting energy, and improving athletic performance. Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body. Reiki is energy realignment through Chakras. Blocked, slowish, sluggish and more. Reiki healing technique is based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Session will be taken outside with negative ions surrounds to digest and feed the body mind and soul and/or at Clients location. If rainy weather with be at home location
