I completed most my RMT training in Alberta and am about 500 hours away from certification. A serious arm injury took me away from my practice for a bit but my strength is almost 100% and my training will be complete by March! Until then, you get a quality massage for a great price of just 50.00 an hour. My calm, soothing studio is in the newly built SMAK building on the corner of Idylwyld and 34th and there is designated parking behind the building. The table is heated and both it and the face cradle have an extra plush layer of sheepskin for added comfort. I am trained in: Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal and post natal massage, trigger points therapy. A typical massage from Me will involve an incorporation of both Swedish and deep techniques, some joint mobilizations and light stretching, but session can be customized to address your chief complaint.
