I am an Ayurvedic massage therapist and I am also a yoga instructor. Either practice, yoga, or massage is completely catered to each client individually. You do not have to do yoga, you are welcome to just have a massage treatment. The option is open if you want to practice yoga as well but it is not a “yoga massage“. When practicing yoga and receiving an Ayurvedic massage allows for a catalyst effect for healing and your path towards optimal health.

I am double Vaxxed with a booster shot and require that you are at least double vaccinated to book with me. My place is always sanitized and I have many table sheets that are always fresh! My table is heated and I have a hot towel machine for your comfort.
