MP Reviews....now that the first one has popped up...

I have the following comments to make....

I asked a question which was overwhelmly voted for... so I tried my first attempt at a review of the facilities. I chose IT without asking anyone as IT has been a long time advertiser on massageplanet.net.

Eventually the reviews will spread to the other MP's including those out of the way, little know places. You know the places that dont advertise, are very small but occasionally a gem may be found at?

Is there anything wrong with writing about the facilities? After all, I dont see anyone complaining about apf's strip club info....

Now I'm asking the question again, should we continue or not?

Buddy, I wasn't trying to piss off. I just think this type of information can be put in any review. I also think that you got so many favorable responses because some people just couldn't be bothered to vote.

If you want to post MP facilities reviews, go ahead. Why bother with a poll?

...most people review the parlour briefly with their review of an mpa...

no one else added a thread or contributed...I think that's an answer...

I would have voted no anyways...everyone has bias as I had mentioned before...how critical could anyone be for their favourite mpa and mp...

The first review in my opinion contained all the necessary info so that one could walk in the reviewed MP and know what to expect.
Not too much info , Not too little. (IT was a logical place to start.)
Keep it up, unfortunately on any public board there will be those who see things in a different light or are always looking for the conspiracy theory...

I agree with rolo. I've never been to an MP and knowing a little about the facilities would help before I took the plunge. I don't want to end up in a dump when I can get t&a at other places much more to my liking.

Agree, for what it's worth. Info on the facilities is really helpful - should be some sort of a sticky or something easily accessible.

Few massageplanet.netites will be able to contribute by nature - few of us are that experienced with a single MP.

It will be linked as a sticky once we have a few submitted. But guys, I need your help as several places that deserve to be reviewed have not been visited by me in over 6 months. So, if you have some comments to make, by all means post a review and title it facilities review and the name of the MP.

Sheik I think it's a great idiea to review the facilities as well, nothing wrong with more info on a mp so people know what there walking into,the spa will always remain the same, the staff will alway's change.

I think it's a good idea to continue Sheik. Maybe it would be more helpful to start with some of the lesser known places.

on the money...the better known mps have the website with pics of the place...blah blah blah....

anyhow...a description of the lesser known places will help with making a decision to go or not to go...in addition to the fact that they have some ladies of interest...

Hi Sheik,

It's a good idea. Since many of us travel a great deal of time to get to an MP, a review on the facilities would definitely give everyone a heads up. Since everyone has different taste and preferences, it might be a good idea to focus more on actual facts such as:

1. Location (How close is it from the highway?)
(What is the size of the parking lot?)
(Is the entrance highly visible or well hidden?)
...Etc

2. Service in MP (Not service with MPA).

(Is a waiting room available? Any drink or snacks
offered? Is there a TV?)
(How friendly is the reception/manager at the door?)
...Etc

3. Facilities
...Etc

Sheik, your review can give great insight to a newbie or a veteran going to a new MP. I mean it would be great to know what time a particular MP is running low on hot water. How are you going to clean up with cold water and be in some place afterward?

I had never been to IT. If you decide to do a review in Markham, feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to your review.

I think it is a good idea mainly because of the cleanliness of a facility.

Personally I am very concerned if there is a common shower. I would rather have the shower in the room itself (mind you I didn't mind at Arrow Spa).

I really appreciate it when/if posters inform the group of MP's that have bad facilities.

I whole heartedly agree providing we do this the right way. Lets hear of those that we often give /get reviews of the great little gems hidden in these establishments.
Ambience, decor and atmosphere along with a brief description of the over view would be great. However, I do not feel the need for am entire review of a place we've already heard about ( as far as its decor etc) a 1000 times already.
Id much rather hear descriptions of places of where the beauties may lie. I mean, this is why we would go there in the first place, correct?
