i don't think number of customers per day will be anywhere close to 50 .
otherwise they would become filthy rich in just a matter of months even if they get half the money we pay i.e. 1000 - 1100

Yes, even you dont have sexual contact. It may spread by simply shaking hand... It will cause warts. If warts develops anywhere, it might spread in other places too. So at the earliest to visit a dermatologist and get the wart removed.
