Craigslist Massages - Illegal?

Wondering if the massages advertised on Cragislist/Backpage that are Indie, performed at home/condo... are illegal?

I came across a post the other day, went to her condo, session was great.

But on my way out of the building, at the lobby entrance there was a lady who claimed to be the Resident Manager waiting.. it appeared she was trying to take pictures of me. As I walked by she yelled "good job!". I said "excuse me."

She said "which apartment where you visiting?" I responded "none of your business why does it matter to you."

She got louder and said "we're catching trespassers I can just check cameras" and kept asking "which unit" to which I shook my head and left while she stormed back inside.

Admittedly there were a lot of cameras throughout the building.

Now my question is if the Building Management does have a suspicion about a certain Unit being used for these purposes, what can they do about it?

What's my exposure here? Am I being paranoid? What's the worst that could happen?

Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Your exposure - nothing. The building management may try and succeed in evicting her, in which case she'll probably set up in a nearby building in the same area. You'll find out about it when you try to book your next appointment and she tells you a new address. All three of my regulars had this happen at different times. My best advice as a client is just to minimize your profile: Don't knock when you are at the door, ring the doorbell or just text her. On your way out, get off the elevator on the second floor, then take the stairs and exit the building via a side door.

My condo unit tracks the number of times the “buzz” code is used. Prints out a nice list according to the manager. if it’s a lot then management investigates.

Usually it is an Air BNB and they change units each month in the same building.

Very little that management can do.

Trespassing? Ha ha ha. I don't think the manager has the right to ask which apartment you were visiting. I would just walk by without answering. Is there anything wrong with visiting a friend or relative whenever or wherever you feel like it? Lol.
I liked what Jaime Wolf said about not knocking on the door when you get there. This avoids the neighbours from noticing that people are going in and out. Tell your massause that you feel it's better that you don't knock. Tell her you'll text when you get to the door.
Also, if the session was great, can you at least share a review about it, please? Name, contact number, rates, etc. Thanks

Management has no rights to stops you to question you, only cops do, but normally they won’t bother you.

I always check Craigslist to find massage place and mps, very useful information there, not like here some jerks mislead our hobbies. Just don’t simply follow their lead, refer other real hobbies reviews.

Just ignore anyone and don't let them take your photo, park around the block and wear a ball cap. Went to a building in whitby that only had smoke detectors on one floor, those weren't smoke detectors. and yes I know a fake when I see it.

Nothing to worry about you're there for a massage and no one will know any different. I wouldn't run or hide your face from the manager or hide behind clothes, if you look guilty it gives her more reason to insert herself in your business. You belong there, you're a guest of a tenant. Tell her you understand her concerns tell her you're not trespassing you're visiting a friend, then flip the script, tell her you don't appreciate her intruding in your affairs or implying that you're some sort of vagrant; all the while try to keep moving don't stop and talk to her and prolong the conversation. The more cooperative you appear the less reason she has to be suspicious of you. And hopefully if she sees you there a few times she won't hassle you anymore.

Finding ways to avoid her would be in you and your MP's best interest. Maybe not a bad idea to tell your MP. The real harm is that she finds out your MP is working out of the building since they probably don't allow that, she would be forced to relocate.

The neighboring tenants are probably the ones complaining. Two SPs working out of an apartment each seeing 8 clients a day means 112 people knocking on the door every week. That is a lot of disturbance if you happen to live across the hall.

Try to remember when visiting an MPA at a private place, try to be quiet and discreet. You don't want to hurt her business by getting the neighbours to notice what's going on. Don't talk loud when going in and out of her apartment. Don't slam doors behind you. Hold on to doors and close them gently. When arriving, text her at her door, instead of knocking. If you must knock, don't do it loud. If you're going to pump her, and her bed squeeks, use her sofa instead.
