Video Taping Sessions - Ladies pay attention

On the red board, Allure posted about a customer who was caught recording a session, this is not acceptable behavior unless the owner and MPA give permission to do so and I my opinion even that isn't good enough.

Maybe it is a sign of the times.
There has been and always will be some guys that get off on this behavior, that is what this is, some depraved cheapskate that will go home and jack-off watching it over and over again until it doesn't do it for him, so then he'll make a new video.

When I was young, you would be hard pressed to find a girl that would get butt naked for you to take her pic. With the internet, ever girl should understand that there is a real possibility that your tush is going to go viral, yet there are many girls ( and guys ) who distribute compromising photos of themselves and cry foul when it is released. The job exposes the girls to a potential threat, but to be realized the perp would have to have access to her real name. We all understand that it is morally wrong, I think the girls need to make themselves aware that they have the potential of falling victim and that depending on what is exposed may not have the support of the massage parlour as it may expose them to activities that they may not want to be associated with.

Simple question:
would the owner of allure( or any spa ) go before the courts in a civil or criminal proceeding in support of a MPA that was exposed?

To be honest, the fact that there are video cameras in the spa and that the rooms are in no way private lends to a defense that the girls should be cognizant that activities may be recorded. Although I am no lawyer by any stretch, I think that this could be valid. By stating ( posting a sign as per privacy rules ) that you and staff knowingly record means that recording is being done and consent has been given and accepted by staff and customers alike. Toronto explicitly states no recording devices inside the spa, but that is by-law.

Ladies: DO NOT RELY ON ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT YOURSELF AND YOUR JUDGEMENT.

Not true, although knowing someone's name is quite different when you keep your nose clean, some girls seem to beg the attention and figure showing their bare ass.will bring it to them.

It should also be pointed out that some ladies are good with it, including allowing you to me moralizing the event, can't imagine too many would appreciate someone doing it on the sly.
