I was at my local butcher this week and decided to stop at Tulip a block away. I was met by mid thirties woman who asked me to come back in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes turned into thirty before I saw a customer leave, I went back in and she escorted me to a room and asked me to wait five minutes which turned into fifteen. I was then taken to another room and an auntie came in to do my massage. I was not interested in her or another woman who was also brought into the room. I told them that I would like to see the first woman who said she was really the receptionist. She identified herself as Nicol. She was thin and perhaps slightly attractive, but it was hard to tell as she was dressed in baggy clothes and had stringy hair. We agreed to 30 minutes. She moved me back to the first room and I stripped down. As soon as I was on the table the teasing started with the focus strictly on rubbing my butt and reaching under. At that point I had totally lost interest so I told her just a massage today. Her focus immediately changed and the massage improved dramatically. About fifteen minutes in she asked if I wanted to flip and I told her no. I thought she had finished but she continued and gave me my full time with what I considered a pretty good massage. Not a repeat for me due to the shuffling of rooms and my lack of attraction to any of the ladies but once she got over trying to rush me through to an ending it was actually a pretty good massage.

Michael, I just found that Nicol was dressed in baggy clothes, and had stringy hair and while she may have been fine she just presented herself very poorly. The whole situation was just not welcoming. Delays, changing rooms, and changing providers was just off putting to my frame of mind. And when I paid she added $3.00 GST for her cash sale lol.

Thanks for the heads up. Ive never been charged there GST, but will take a couple rolls of nickels along next time in case to count out for them.

Tulip provides reciept. Why we complain about $3 gst? I mean legitimate businesses have to remit gst back to government right?

I think depends on the situation.

If leaving sales off of the book and exclude gst, and if the business wants to apply for business loan and such it's harder. Banks probably need to look at the sales figures too. And also auditors can come in as well to see if those gst are remitted back to government.

But my point is ppl complaining about $3 gst is a bit rediculous. But free discussion right?

The money laundering operations normally ",over-report" income many times over and pay much more in taxes. So let's say your actual revenue from the massage business was $460,000. But you file for revenues of $4,600,000. And pay the taxes. So you laundered $4,140,000 of your revenue from your crappy quality Fentanyl business that killed a dozen people. It is a malicious game. Don't support it.

I reread my old massage and must apologize, I did not want to imply that they launder money, I have no knowledge or even reason to suspect that they do so. What I do know is that the times that I have been there, my experiences were not great for the following reason: 1) Bait and Switch - more than once, book their star "M" or asked for the attractive girl out front, only to find an unattractive auntie come in once I have stripped; 2) Less than hygienic environment - every time I have gone, usually in the evening, there are always piles of dirty sheets on the floor, the sheet on the table looked messy and used; everything may be clean, it just didn't feel clean; 3) No shower, I like to shower off the oil after a massage. For those reasons, Tulip has never been one of my favourite places to visit.

Too scared of getting shit service. They get some talented ladies in there from time to time. But, I think they get tired of the way customers are baited and switched as much as we do. Then, around a year or so, they leave.
