The only way anything read here can be court evidence of illegal activities is if the description can be firmly tied to actual individuals, times and dates. Otherwise, 'ciphers' aside, it's just stories and direct descriptions are just words. LE would have to prove they're true. It's way more efficient for them just to ignore massageplanet.networds and go right to surveillance and undercover work.
But massageplanet.net can useful in pointing them where to do that, and it could be cited, not in court, but to obtain warrants, or to persuade the top cops to assign resources and investigate. For that they don't need direct terminology, as long as the LE massageplanet.neters can convince whoever that what they read is reasonably suspicious and indicative. People have always organized their societies with a certain amount of vice, with a certain amount of illegality attached. They've always hired cops to keep that all in appropriate balance, and all balance is dynamic and changeable. Too many guys, being too naively boastful and obvious will always attract LE; just look at the Entertainment District, and it's all legal. Well, sorta.
But if we recall how long Eat Beaver Creek lasted, and how openly it operated, it clearly takes more to spark a raid than a few guys posting a few naughty and direct words. And I really don't think guys at keyboards did it; frat boys hollering and getting turfed out are much more likely culprits. But that's no reason not to try to slap some sense into guys who seem capable of posting '…no time to clean the bitch-spit off or zip before I was doing the dirty again next door".
On balance, I'd say it doesn't much matter to LE how direct we are in descriptions. But it sure does to us, the owners and the board. I for one am repeatedly frustrated by guys who call prices 'tips' and imagine standard practices like Nude massage should be euphemized into 'extras'. What then do we call the real tips we want to give, and the really extra—and dangerous—extras? And sharing info, which is good, also encourages the morons who think their $40 gives them rights to everything, and get abusive. Likewise, a busy MP gladdens an owner's heart, but not when the neighbours can't park and guys without smarts line up outside. We need to tailor reviews to pass over their heads more than LEs'. The aim should be to keep the 'rush' that follows an informative and positive review a low key one with minimum bozo content.
Discretion; it's more than wordlists.
