Hospitals don't have the resource to deal with alcohol withdrawal. As for cannabis stores, some need cannabis for pain killing purposes.

Shelter and food are considered essential needs. I doubt the hotels or motel will be closed. Same gows with gas stations. I wonder if auto mechanic shops will be forced to shut down.
