Unfortunately she doesn't do FS. Thanks but she doesn't need any pointers, she's owned several spas before including a very busy one at Leslie and Hwy 7. These days, she just wants something small and quiet where she can come and go as she pleases...

Well, looks like my 3rd fave may come out of retirement after all (again) and take advantage of some distressed spas on sale. She wants me to check with an owner we both know but she's too afraid to ask on her own LOL.
This is the same fave that offered to rent me one room for cheap. She was basically a one-'woman' show before and was barely there half the time...

Trust me it's a cultural thing. she doesn't want to ask because it can either make her "lose face" depending on how the chat goes or cause community gossip. So she will have you ask to test the waters first. I have seen crap like this happen too many times.
