Yes, usually you have to tell them what You want. It may be on her menu. Menus vary from mpa to mpa:
-no combo ( you get massage and body slide and hj with release)
-combo 1: cbj/bbbj
-combo 2: cbj/bbbj with fs
-combo 3: cbj/bbbj with fs including the trip to the greek islands.
- combo 4: fs , no cbj/bbbj no trip to the islands.

At Minx spa you ask right away cause they all do fs with cbj. At other places ask them as soon as she ask you to turn over ( facing the ceiling ). Some ask what you would like, but others don't , so you respectfully ask her. It usually takes more than one visit to get a menu though.
