The jury is still out on Missy. She looks good and her twitter is amazing. But the first legit review she got was negative, and I still haven't seen a real review by someone reputable saying her service has improved. She did a good job coming on here and addressing the issues, so good that I'm concerned it was too good to be true. I'm not 100% sure if it was Missy writing those comments or a bored night shift manager. The replies were so perfect, its really tough to reply like that while reading criticism about yourself. But think about how easy it would be if you're a manager that gets a cut of the door fee and the posts are not about you.
