Guys..

Need some advice here..did my back on Sunday while lifting some heavy stuffs and now can barely walk or stand straight...

In all seriousness try some floor exercises and stretches.


I threw out my back a couple of years ago, it was to the point where I couldn't fully stand up straight while walking and I did these exercises for a couple of weeks, 3-4 times a week, and healed up nicely. Exercise is medicine, the instinct when injured is to be sedentary but you need a bit of activity to promote blood flow in order to heal. Of course you should also check with a doctor before doing anything strenuous etc.

I did not know there is 25 minutes. I am doing the 12 minutes only
. It works well after my other exercises routine. I agree it is medicine and natural way to heal and strengthen.

I hurt my lower back as well last year. It took me 4 months to fully recover after visiting several medical practitioners (Chiro, RMT, Physio, Osteopath and my family doctor). Total 10 of them. It was brutal. It was because most of these medical practitioners are not skilled we thought them to be. Waste of time and money.

But I found one who actually healed me. He is an Osteopath in Richmond Hill:

Yeah I guess this is only good when you feel this initially..after 24 hours I don‘t think it works but I may be wrong..thanks though..
