I can't find much online about restorative massage. I have really bad aches and pains and need deep massaging. Would a restorative massage be just as good as a deep tissue?

Deep-tissue massage is a specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.

Deep-tissue massage utilizes steady pressure to access the muscle and fascia tissue better than other forms of massage. You can read about different types of massages here https://dynamicyyc.com/ . I'm a regular visitor of their massage parlour in Calgary, CA and can say it really works. After a few sessions of deep-tissue massage I feel moch more better. Their masseuse knows her stuff.
