Unless you book for the first appointment on their shifts, call up and make sure she's there, before you go there.

Yeah, supposedly $200 penalty for a missed shift!!

Yeah there over complicating the simple booking process. The penalty is a good practice to ensure girls show up to there shift. Since we book them ahead of time. But it is over complicated

Call in and book your appt
Call when out front
Confirm via text message
Enter the door..turn left , raise your left foot turn around 8 times counter clockwise

All other Spas :
Call and book appt

Over engineering a simple process = business failure

Its changing again. You have to sign up through their website. They must be too busy, obviously they want to cut down on the number of clients.

Starting on Tuesday August 4th all clients will be required to verify their cell phone numbers through our website before making an appointment. This will apply to all clients, including those who have already visited the spa since our reopening in June.

We are making these changes to enhance the security of our wonderful ladies, and also to make more appointments available to our very best clients by screening clients who abuse their anonymity by not showing up for their appointments or canceling with inadequate notice.

Verifying your phone number is a very simple, quick procedure that you will only need to do one time. Full details about registering your cell phone number can be found on our website sign up page which is now operational:

Please register your number as soon as possible. After August 3rd even long time clients will no longer be able to make appointments without your number being registered in our system. Once your cell number is confirmed you can continue to make all appointments exclusively by phone. Needless to say your privacy is incredibly important to us, and our sign up page contains full details explaining how your discretion is always assured.

Another recent change is that clients are no longer required to call and confirm appointments at the beginning of the shift. Our website schedule will always be maintained with a high degree of accuracy in real time, so if by chance your attendant takes the day off or leaves during her shift this will immediately be reflected on our online schedule.

Please be sure to double check our website to make sure the lady you booked is still on schedule before you come to the spa, and also feel free to call right before you visit to double check all is in order with your appointment.

We are now only allowing one client at a time in our reception areas and we’re so grateful about how positively this new policy has been received. Our managers have really enjoyed pampering you one person at a time, and we’re delighted how much this has enhanced client privacy as well as providing the absolute maximum social distancing every visit.

So to make any appointment you only need to call twice: the first time to make your booking, and the second time to let us know you have arrived in the parking lot and are ready to enter for your appointment. We will call you back to let you know when it is time to come in if we can’t serve you immediately.

I mean I don't have much empathy for those people, but in this scenario there is a very easy workaround that you guys are refusing to accept for some reason.

Its ok. But there are other options where I dont need to go through as much hoops.

No more long waits at reception, no more crowded front desks, no more crowded waiting areas and no more talkative clients who just won't leave the spa. Just pay immediately and go straight to your room. More discretion and more efficiency. And for me personally, I'm not married nor do I have kids. My friends and family know I do this so I just registered my number. I have nothing to hide.

Not necessarily by computer as I registered online on my phone and if it's a one-time thing, then the worst is already over. Now back to my two calls. First, to book the appointment and second, to confirm it but in the parking lot this time. So much better than Flirt Spa's shitty and inefficient process.

So can I get the mpa personal number too? A lot of hoops to jump through for a bj. Like there keeping the numbers secure lol I see an Ashley Madison situation where all this info gets leaked. Divorce lawyers will be happy. I won't be using them until I have another number. The whole point of this is to be anonymous. They're going overboard with the process

Same here except nobody knows I do this, but I have a burner phone so it's not like they could track me down.

Did anyone ever actually get text messages from them? I've been there 5 times since reopening and it was always just phone calls. One to book, one when outside, then they either let me in or call back when they're ready. They made it sound way more complicated on the site than it really is.

Honestly they dont have anyone I click with enough for me to go through this. Plenty of options that are just as hot or hotter and less annoying.

Its like your corner dealer asking you for your drivers lic, sin and passport for contact tracing.

Obviously they make boats of money because this is protect them vs us.

Good on you for having that burner phone. I don't see why others protecting their privacy can't do the same thing.

The system only seems complicated because the explanation on their site is so long-winded. It's just really a 3-step process. I appreciate the transparency on their end.

Last Sunday was my first time back at Perla. I believe this phone registry thing is their 3rd booking method. I wasn't around for the e-mail/text confirmation phase when they first reopened. It lasted for a good week.

Stay home Boycott perla spa. They will get the message.
