The is the new place right next door to everyone's favourite semi-legit E&M.

Opened on Thursday, thought I'd try this morning. Outside door leads to another locked inside door, opens up to a nice new freshly renovated spa inside.
Nicely painted in a pretty pink colour, 3 rooms, all with corner shower and sink.

Funny thing, about 8 years ago, I offered my wife a chance to move to Markham. They were selling homes - brand new - for $400,000. Not huge homes, but nice ones. Today, those homes are probably worth about $850,000. I told my wife we could sell our home in Kitchener, buy the home in Markham and have about a $250,000 mortgage, plus a great home in a great city.

She, of course, balked at the idea and put the breaks on it. But now, all she talks about is how she wants to move to Markham but doesn't want to pay the big money for the houses in that area.

I actually love Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph area. Very safe, good economy, affordable homes, great quality of life. But, the problem is the Asian women out this way. We get all the '1st Asian girlfriend' types, none of the hot ones that Toronto has.
