Tell me what did your experience of swedish massage feel like.
Swedish massage, especially by a licensed massage therapist, can be used to heal musculoskeletal injuries---especially when done in conjunction with a physical therapist.
For a general pick-me-up or stress reliever, Swedish massage is one of the most luxurious and relaxing physical sensations.
Pretty good. I almost always feel relaxed after a classical, Swedish style, massage. I prefer a deeper pressure, but not necessarily deep tissue massage or trigger point therapy unless it is blended nicely. Swedish is one of the most common styles of massage therapy and a lot of people enjoy this kind of massage.
Just feel relaxing, soothing and rested without like painful treatment massage
This has much more to do with the therapist than with the massage modality. I have received Swedish massages where I felt like I went to massage heaven, and I have received others where I felt like the therapist manipulated my anatomy in a totally mechanical way which left me feeling totally empty. The same can happen with any massage modality. The secret to a good massage is not the particular style but the quality of the therapist.
