(Also hiring estheticians and nail techs or any other related profession who is experienced with clientele) Located in Lower Sackville Large parking lot Wheelchair accessible Reception and waiting area Retail products (you could sell these and make commission) Storage Bathroom Washer and dryer Internet Heat pump with AC directly in the room Choose either Esthetics bed or massage bed Fridge Licensed Salon through CANS Negotiable rental rates Nail Table and pedicure station - $40 per day (access to towels, nail equipment, nail polishes & gel polishes additional $15 per day (other products such as pedi soak, files, etc may be able to be worked out with additional cost) Esthetics Room - $50 per day (access to towels and linens additional $15 per day) Nail Table, Pedicure Station + Esthetics Room - $80 per day (access to towels, linens, polishes, etc additional $20 per day) I’m open to negotiation, honestly would just like to fill the spaces we don’t use
