La période de grippe et du rhume est de retour. N'oubliez pas de vous faire vacciner.
Pour cette période, je donne d'excellente séance de massothérapie, à l'intérieur de laquelle je donne un soin pour "booster" le système immunitaire, afin de permettre le corps à mieux se défendre.
En aucun cas cela remplace la vaccination contre le covid, la grippe ou autre.

I give several techniques of massage treatment, from deep tissue to deep relaxing massage, to help you to recover your health and energy.
My massage is more of an approach psycho-body, using massage techniques combined with stretching, to release the tensions and reconnect the mind in the here and now moment.
My goal is to bring your mind and body aligned and grounded.
