Hello Everyone! I am writing this for the sportsmen who have got sports injuries. I am a football player. I have participated in several football matches. I was the captain of my team for a long. Actually, football is my passion and I give my 100% to that. Last week, I had a football match in our college and the game was extremely outstanding for everyone. But luck was against me. One of the players from the opposite team hit on my knee accidentally. The result was a knee injury which is called as Tendonitis. It is similar to tennis elbow. My tendon swelled and became very painful. I was not able to walk. So I went to the sports injury clinic in Burlington. By proper stretching and strengthening techniques, I got an immense relief from my pain. Now I am asked to rest for a period of two weeks. But I have a match this week. Can I go for that? Now I feel very better and don't have a pain. Will it cause any problem to my knee if I play before finishing the resting period?
