I generally find tiredness and headaches for a day or two, also sometimes you could feel slightly bruised in places.

    Deep Tissue Massage

You can feel tired, bruised and sometimes worse than you were before your massage. this is your body telling you to take it easy while it repairs itself using the biochemicals and realignment of muscles that massage provides. If the pain and aches do not resolve in a few days, there may be deeper underlying damage. You also need to be careful that Deep Tissue is not performed on you if you have certain medical conditions.
Overall, Deep tissue is a fairly high-impact treatment as massage goes.
