Initially I hurt myself from serving a lot on tennis. For two years I've had problems with my shoulder. To sum things up I've had constant mild pain in my shoulder that is poorly localized and it radiates down to my elbow and fingers. I've been in physical therapy for 2 months now and I've not seen any improvement. While I understand that working out the muscles will help I'm still not feeling any difference. So I have two questions: is there a pinched nerve involved? And will deep tissue massage be a possible solution? Surgery is not an option and even if it was if rather not risk it.
