Hey guyz, Started quite some time back on the site. has been busy for a year and now planning go get in action. I have a list but i guess it keeps updating and most contacts would be obsolete. Hoping to get along with you all.
Meanwhile during this year i learnt something that can be used in here. i smiled a bit when i learnt it for first time (for another purpose).

How did we measure service quality. ? till now i guess it was x factory 8/10, y factor 7/10. I found this one and i am sure you can modify it so we know the true quality of experience.
Goes by the name of SERVQUAL
It has 5 parameters
Reliability - can i trust ? will i go back again?
Responsiveness - will do job happily? proactive?
Assurance - Able to do job well? competent?
Empathy - did i feel happy/loved? so called GFE in here
Tangibility - were there proper lighting, perfume, ambiance and dress and much more- physical stuff required for services
so far we just measured competency but anyways, i hope we can add a few more bits to reviews now ... Good day.
