physical vs psychological harm to some are the same, so in essence a distinction is being made.

Exposing someones identity can threaten someones life, trying to blackmail someone can threaten someones life, saying that you dislike a religion or a group of people does not harm that group, I have never written to do what you want, We need to fight for free speach but we also need to arrest someone who screams fire in a theater just for fun,
