I don't think there are mods, but why not just use the "ignore" function to weed out the trolls and other wastes of time and bandwidth?

Unfortunately, we have some very small minded keyboard warriors on this forum who would rather hide behind an avatar and numerous profiles to spew their hate speech than actually contribute to the forum for what is was designed for. We all know they wouldn't have the balls to say any of the things they say to anyone out loud in a public space that they post here. The 'Ignore' function has gone a long way for me in cleaning up the board and saving me the time of having to read their ridiculous posts.

There is nothing wrong with using the word Nigger on an internet forum. Niggers call themselves Niggers all the time.

It is discriminatory for anyone to claim that only blacks can use the word Nigger and Whites can't. No word is owned by any one race of people.

This is a case about freedom of expression. But it is also about the limits to that constitutionally protected right. Expressions of hatred and bigotry towards racial, ethnic, religious, or other identifiable groups have no value in the public discourse of our nation. Also, god bless the "ignore" button. you can't make a "free speech" argument in a themed-discussion section, specially when the "free speech" is just retarded posts about racism/photos of random old men/numerous posts that have nothing to do with the forum and are so dumb they can be considered spam. If those posters need a place to vent they need to go straight to 4chan. Every decent forum has an "offtopic section" - so that if people want to post random shit (or as you like to call it "free speech") they go to that section and leave the categorized sections alone. Thats how it should work, but you need some amount of moderation to do that.

I have ignore-listed 10+ accounts on here, so I'm largely clutter-free, but I feel like this board would be so much more if all the retards/lunatics left (or got banned).

What I do like about this theoretically mod-free environment is that I am free to fully express my opinions regarding mpa's and spas in detail, including personal experiences, services and prices offered, without fear of them being censored or deleted. I don't feel that is true of some other mod regulated popular forums in Toronto.

Mind you, I always try to respect the mpa's privacy regarding any personal information she may have shared with me. I base my opinions, generally, on at least 2 visits, unless the one and only visit was absolutely terrible and I didn't feel that was a ymmv experience.
