If you fly west, I would guess Thailand or elsewhere in SE Asia would be your best bet. I haven't hobbied there so I don't have any recommendations.

If you stop in Europe, I've had good experiences in Prague and Budapest. Hot women and good prices compared to here or Western Europe. Germany, Austria, and Netherlands are also good because it's legal there, but prices are similar or higher compared to here.
