Money is the most important factor by far, but it's definitely not the only one. There are many reasons why girls prefer some clients over others.

If all guys can get the same milage whether she likes you or not then there really isn't a whole lot of YMMV happening is there? That may be more true in the SP world, but in MP land milage can sometimes vary tremendously from guy to guy. Ninety nine percent of the other considerations go back to money and yeah they have preferences but those are not like normal human preferences like one girl told me her most preferred clients are old guys like 70+ that is not because she would talk to them outside her job it is because they are easy for her to deal with. Yeah good hygiene is important for sure. Being polite is good I am always very polite about asking the girl to lick my nutsack some more. I'm all for being friendly but trying to get their numbers, pursuing relationships, falling in love, extended conversation, seeing them outside the spa etc. is not the goal. A crazy hot session is all I am seeking, so the question is how to go about doing that and ending up on the very best side of YMMV.

One method is to present your MPA with a laundry list of what you expect and how much you'll pay from the second you meet her, because in your view it's 99% only about money for the girls anyways. That works for you.

From my perspective the girls will ultimately take even better care of guys who look after them financially and also try to be good to them in a number of other non-financial ways. These are not mutually exclusive options.
