Massage chair gig

    Hi, all,

    I also landed a farmer's market gig, and the owner wants us to use chairs, in order to avoid law suits for sexual harassment. OK. Now I need to get a chair, asap. Since I live in Hawaii, options are a little limited.

    Any tips for farmer's market and other type of "expos"?

    I posted add for "massage chair wanted" in the sales forum.

    i'm vying for a chair as well. don't have any tips as i won't have a chair in time for the conference i'm exhibiting at this weekend, but i wanted to wish you the best in the new adventure!! there's supposed to be another exhibit table that is having chair massage available...i'll see if i get a chance to chat with them about it when the conference attendees aren't about.

    I know some don't like the Costco chair, but I have used my for two years and I do a lot of chair work. Its held up just fine. Not squeeky or anything. You can order it online and I think they will even include shipping. Not sure about that. Its about 200.00 unless they have went up a lot. Simple, comes with a case with wheels and gets the job done. When I need to replace it I will get another. Its paid for itself many times over.

    I've had a Stronglite Ergo Pro for about 2 years. It's light and has wheels and I got it for about $300.00 thru AMTA. Shipped to my door.
    I think it's a good chair for lugging around, the quality is OK, and it has a lot of features. I've seen it for sale for $349.00 somewhere.

    Using chairs won't deter lawsuits. People sue for anything these days.
