I studied Holistic Massage with Essentials, on their weekend course. I actually enjoyed it so much I transferred part-way through onto the combined Sports and Holistic Massage diploma, which I recently finished. It's a good course, experienced tutors, good grounding in A&P. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask or pm me.

I did my A & P and body massage with them when Gill had only been going a couple of years so along time ago now, but I can highly recommend them, their training is very good and notes are very comprehensive, they have been the best place that I have done training with, I just wish they had done aromatherapy and reflexology as I would have done it with them too.

    Good luck!

I studied Holistic and Bioenergetic Massage in Italy, at ArteCorpo School of Massage based in Genova. I found this course very interesting because it gave all the most useful anti stress massage techniques and also a big deal of theoretical base on Alexander Lowen works on bioenergetics. By the end of the course the students learned how to recognize a particular psycosomatic type and how to operate with massage in the most pleasant and effective way. So I would suggest anyone to study bioenergetics applied to massage, that's what I mean by "Holistic"!
