thinking of getting a shiatsu treatment and it's quite expensive.
was wondering if anyone had a treatment ... and whether there were any concerns/precautions i should take into account. thank you.

It feels good, but it's pricey.
I dunno that it helps with much other than some tight muscles perhaps...
in which case I would suggest one of these rather....

I got one for a shoulder injury - but it's freaking great for quads and other large muscles.
It has a set of covers with knobs that is shiatsu like.

Plus you can use it after you get out of a hot bath and the muscles are relaxed.
    Serously....I would suggest that instead.

Oh, and no, the more expensive ones aren't any better.
    Really.
