I just had a deep tissue massage last night. Can I exercise today?

Jogging on treadmill, lifting light weights. Planking?

I don't see why not...I wouldn't do it right after the massage (that would seem to defeat the purpose of it) but next day should be fine...no reason not to maintain your fitness regime...

Swedish massage can help release chronic tension, relieve the stress from intense physical activity, promote recovery from exercise and mobilize your joints. Although deep tissue massage is beneficial to athletes and avid exercisers, you should avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after getting one.
