...as strained muscles? Or do they make sporting injuries worse?
Yes they do but your best bet is acupunture have a few 30 min sessions and you will see the difference very quickly
Yes its relaxing and cures injuries. Apparently its purely psychological though...but still its good and acupuncture is even better ( or so i hear)
i had whiplash, and i got massages twice every week...i felt amazing after i finished my sessions, and the doctor even took off my neck brace 2 weeks early!!
when the person is actually massaging you...the pain is like you wouldnt believe! but after...oh man its good...
No they do not make sporting injuries worse they make them better. Go to a good masseuse, one who knows what he is doing, preferably one who specializes in sports injuries.
